Q: What is the minimum stay?

A: The minimum stay is three nights.


A:The main difference is the price, serviced apartments offer great value for money as they are priced per apartment & not per person.

A: Our cancellation policy is 4 weeks notice. The deposit (less an administration charge) is refundable if notice of cancellation is given of no less than 4 weeks. If due notice of cancellation is not received, we will endeavour to replace the reservation. However, if loss of revenue is sustained as a result of cancellation, we shall be entitled to be paid the sum of money that is considered reasonable and covers the loss sustained by the late cancellation.

Q: How & when do we pay ?
A: The Balance of Accommodation must be received at least one week prior to your arrival, Settlement may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
